MODIFIED +1,910 −312 Annex I ANNEX I

applies from: unchanged

Part 1 of the Annex gains a number of new chemical entries, including Azocyclotin, Bitertanol, Cinidon-ethyl, Cyclanilide, Cyhexatin, Didecyldimethylammonium chloride, Ethoxysulfuron, Oxadiargyl, Rotenone and Warfarin, alongside expanded CAS/Einecs/CN code listings for Chlorate and a revised entry for perfluorooctane sulfonates and related substances.

Part 2 similarly adds corresponding new entries for the same chemicals such as Azocyclotin, Bitertanol, Cinidon-ethyl, Cyclanilide, Cyhexatin, Ethoxysulfuron, Oxadiargyl and Rotenone, and replaces the prior perfluorooctane sulfonates entry with a differently described entry for perfluorooctane sulfonate derivatives and related substances with new CAS numbers and CN codes.

Part 3 adds a new entry for Azinphos-methyl with its CAS number and HS codes, and replaces the earlier entry structure for perfluorooctane sulfonates and related compounds with a longer list of chemical names, CAS numbers and HS codes under a differently worded heading.
