MODIFIED +221 −161 Annex V ANNEX V

applies from: unchanged

Sources disagree — the text comparison and the EU's own amendment metadata found this change; the amending act's instructions do not mention it. All are shown; none is overruled.

The description of the reference colour in point 1.2 changed from a Pantone and four-colour-process description to a CMYK value, a Pantone number, and an RGB value.

Point 1.3 now also mentions use in a totally inverted white and black negative format alongside the black-and-white option, and rephrases the condition for using non-colour versions.

Point 1.5 changes the wording about using a delimiting outer line from an optional measure that can be used to a measure that shall be used, and it removes the reference to a logo used in colour on a coloured background, referring instead simply to a background that makes the logo difficult to see.
