Article 61
Duration
The scheme of authorisations for vine plantings established in this Chapter shall apply from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2045, 2016, with two mid-term reviews a review to be undertaken by the Commission in 2028 and 2040 every ten years thereafter to evaluate the operation of the scheme and, scheme. The Commission may, if appropriate, make proposals.
