This provision is newly added, empowering the Commission to adopt delegated acts establishing rules for suspending import duties, in whole or in part, on molasses falling within CN Code 1703.
It further allows the Commission, applying those rules, to adopt implementing acts suspending such import duties in whole or in part without using the procedure referred to in Article 229(2) or (3).
