A new point (ca) is added to Article 158(1), requiring interbranch organisations seeking recognition to strive for a balanced representation of the organisations in the supply-chain stages referred to in Article 157(1), point (a).
Article 158(4) is shortened by removing the reference to point (b) of Article 157(3), leaving only the reference to Article 157(1), point (b), as the condition that need not be fulfilled.
