The requirement for first purchasers to declare raw milk quantities no longer refers to a starting date of 1 April 2015, and the declaration must now also state the average price paid, with a distinction made between organic and non-organic milk.
The related notification obligation on Member States was correspondingly updated to cover average prices in addition to quantities of raw milk.
