The provision now separates common wheat from durum wheat, barley and maize, listing common wheat alone with a period from 1 October to 31 May, while durum wheat, barley and maize are moved to a new point covering the whole year.
Paddy rice, previously limited to 1 April to 31 July, is now stated to be available throughout the year, and the butter and skimmed milk powder period is changed from 1 March to 1 February as its starting date.
The list of points is also extended, now running through point (e) instead of ending at point (d), reflecting the addition of the new separate entry for paddy rice's own point in the list structure.
