A new paragraph 10 has been added stating that, until harmonised standards or common specifications are referenced or adopted under this Article for high-risk AI systems, such systems within the scope of this Regulation that comply with the relevant harmonised standards or common specifications adopted under Articles 40 and 41 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 are presumed to conform with the essential health and safety requirements in Annex III relating to high-risk AI systems.
