Amendments to Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009
Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009 is amended as follows:
(1) Article 3 is amended as follows:
(a) point (10) is replaced by the following:
10. competent authority means competent authorities as defined in point (3) of Article 3 of Regulation (EU) 2017/… 2017/625 of the European Parliament and of the Council
