A new sentence has been added to the third subparagraph of Article 30(1) stating that the measures may include prohibiting the pest's introduction into, movement within, or holding, multiplication or release in the Union territory, together with requirements on the introduction into and movement within the Union territory of plants, plant products and other objects.
The corresponding text in the earlier version ended after listing the provisions referred to in points (a) to (g) of Article 28(1), without this additional sentence.
