The list of cross-referenced articles in the first paragraph was changed by adding a reference to Article 19(8), adding a reference to Article 37(10), and replacing the reference to Article 62(1) with a reference to Article 60(2), while the reference to Article 29(3) first subparagraph was reworded without change of meaning.
The introductory phrase before the list of elements was also slightly reworded, changing "one or more the following elements" to "one or more of the following elements".
