MODIFIED +1,969 −827 Annex II ANNEX II§
applies from: unchanged
The heading changes from a general list of diseases to a list of animal diseases, and the disease list itself is replaced with a substantially different and longer set of named diseases and infections, many using revised naming conventions such as prefixing entries with 'Infection with' or 'Infestation with'.
Several diseases present in the earlier list, such as swine vesicular disease, Teschen disease, vesicular stomatitis, and campylobacteriosis as a standalone entry, do not appear under those names in the later list, while numerous new entries, such as surra, Ebola virus disease, paratuberculosis, Japanese encephalitis, West Nile fever, and Q fever, appear that were not present before.
