Article 5
Data processing and protection
1. Processing of personal data shall be carried out Pseudonyms in accordance with Directive 95/46/EC.
2. electronic transaction
Without prejudice to specific rules of Union or national law requiring users to identify themselves or to the legal effect given to pseudonyms under national law, the use of pseudonyms in electronic transactions that are chosen by the user shall not be prohibited.
