Throughout the article, references to 'eligible liabilities' have been replaced with 'bail-inable liabilities', including in the provisions on the aggregate amount to be reduced or converted, the limits on holdings by other institutions, the exclusion mechanism, the Fund's contribution rules, and the Board's valuation assessment.

Paragraph 3's list of liabilities excluded from write-down or conversion now also extends the exclusion in point (f) to liabilities owed to CCPs authorised in the Union or recognised by ESMA, and adds a new point (h) excluding certain liabilities to entities within the same resolution group that are not themselves resolution entities, subject to a stated exception and a Board assessment tied to Article 12g(2).

Paragraph 5 now includes an added subparagraph directing the Board to assess whether liabilities to non-resolution-entity members of the same resolution group, not already excluded under new point (h) of paragraph 3, should be excluded or partially excluded under points (a) to (d).
