This is a new provision, Article 38f, which states that the professional secrecy obligation set out in Article 76 of Directive 2014/65/EU applies to ESMA and to all persons who work or have worked for ESMA or for anyone to whom ESMA has delegated tasks, including auditors and experts under contract to ESMA.

Article 38f
Professional secrecy
The obligation of professional secrecy referred to in Article 76 of Directive 2014/65/EU shall apply to ESMA and all persons who work or who have worked for ESMA or for any other person to whom ESMA has delegated tasks, including auditors and experts contracted by ESMA.
