A new Article 27a has been added that defines the term national competent authority, for the purposes of the relevant Title, as a competent authority as defined in point (26) of Article 4(1) of Directive 2014/65/EU.

Article 27a
For the purposes of this Title, a national competent authority means a competent authority as defined in point (26) of Article 4(1) of Directive 2014/65/EU.
