Paragraph 1 now adds a reference to point (a) of Article 72h alongside the previously listed articles, and clarifies that all of the listed conditions must be met, with point (d) referring to "internal control processes" rather than just "control processes".
Paragraph 2 changes the wording from "given" to "granted" permission, broadens the alternative estimate from capital instruments to instruments generally, adds eligible liabilities instruments to point (a), and inserts a new point (c) covering eligible liabilities instruments of institutions included in indices.
