This is a newly added article establishing a Compliance tool, requiring EBA to develop an electronic tool intended to help institutions comply with the Regulation, Directive 2013/36/EU, and related regulatory technical standards, implementing technical standards, guidelines and templates.
The article further specifies that the tool must at least allow each institution to quickly identify provisions relevant to its size and business model, and to track changes in legislative acts and related implementing provisions, guidelines and templates.
