Article 518 Review of capital instruments which may be written down or converted at the point of non-viability By 31 December 2015, the Commission shall review review, and report on on, whether this Regulation should contain a requirement that Additional Tier 1 or Tier 2 capital instruments are to be written down in the event of a determination that an institution is no longer viable. The Commission shall submit that report to the European Parliament and the Council, together with a legislative proposal proposal, if appropriate.
