This is a new provision allowing a competent authority to waive the requirement to report information in the format specified in the templates contained in the implementing act referred to in Article 430(7), where those templates have not been updated to reflect the Regulation's provisions.
The waiver applies as a derogation from Article 430 and is described as covering the period between the date of application of the relevant provisions of the Regulation and the date of the first remittance of reports specified in the implementing technical standards referred to in Article 430.
