Sources disagree — the amending act's instructions found this change; the text comparison finds no difference in the provision's text and the EU's own amendment metadata does not list it. All are shown; none is overruled.

No explanation shipped — the structural diff did not see this change, so it carries no text; another signal named the unit and the disagreement ships as `disputed`.

No text on either side: this unit was named by a signal that carries no text, and only the structural diff carries any.

applies from: unchanged

In paragraphs 2, 3 and 6, the reference to "Articles 456 to 460" is replaced with a listing of "456, 457, 459, 460", so Article 458 is no longer named among the articles covered by the delegation, revocation and objection provisions.

Amended by Regulation (EU) 2019/876 32019R0876

applies from: unchanged

The references in paragraphs 2, 3 and 6 to the articles covered by the delegated-power provisions now also include Article 461a alongside the previously listed Articles 244(6), 245(6) and 456 to 460.

Paragraph 6 also spells out the time periods as 'three months' rather than using the numeral '3 months', with no other change to the substance of that paragraph.

Amended by Regulation (EU) 2017/2401 32017R2401 · Regulation (EU) 2019/876 32019R0876

applies from: unknown (the text changed beyond its dates, so no date that moved can be read as the application date)

dates added to the text: 2016-04-13

Paragraphs 2, 3 and 6 now also reference Articles 244(6) and 245(6) alongside Articles 456 to 460 when describing the delegated power, its revocation, and the objection period.

A new paragraph 4 has been inserted requiring the Commission to consult experts designated by each Member State before adopting a delegated act, in accordance with the Interinstitutional Agreement of 13 April 2016 on Better Law-Making, which shifts the former paragraphs 4 and 5 down to become paragraphs 5 and 6.

The earlier version contained no such consultation requirement and referred only to Articles 456 to 460 throughout, with the notification duty as paragraph 4 and the objection-period rule as paragraph 5.
