Amended by Regulation (EU) 2019/876 32019R0876
applies from: unknown
Sources disagree — the amending act's instructions found this change; the text comparison finds no difference in the provision's text and the EU's own amendment metadata does not list it. All are shown; none is overruled.
No explanation shipped — the structural diff did not see this change, so it carries no text; another signal named the unit and the disagreement ships as `disputed`.
text before / after
No text on either side: this unit was named by a signal that carries no text, and only the structural diff carries any.

Amended by Regulation (EU) 2019/876 32019R0876
applies from: unchanged
The scope now names financial holding companies and mixed financial holding companies, in addition to institutions, as subject to the general prudential requirements under Directive 2013/36/EU.
Point (a) now includes leverage among the elements covered by own funds requirements, while point (c) no longer conditions liquidity requirements on the entry into force of the delegated act referred to in Article 460, and point (d) no longer refers to leverage as a separate reporting item.
A new paragraph has been added stating that the Regulation also lays down uniform rules on own funds and eligible liabilities requirements for resolution entities that are global systemically important institutions or part of such institutions, and for material subsidiaries of non-EU global systemically important institutions.
