Amended by Regulation (EU) 2019/2175 32019R2175

applies from: unchanged

The first paragraph now specifies that the Authority reaches joint positions "by consensus" with the other two supervisory authorities, and it clarifies that the tasks referred to are those set out in Chapter II of this Regulation.

The second paragraph adds a qualifier that the parallel adoption applies where required by Union law, expands the range of articles covered from Articles 10 to 15 to Articles 10 to 16 for measures and separately lists Articles 17 to 19 as decisions, and changes the phrase "other Union acts referred to in Article 1(2)" to "other legislative acts referred to in Article 1(2) of this Regulation."
