The description of the Joint Committee Chairperson's role as Vice-Chair of the ESRB was changed to specify that this person serves as the second Vice-Chair of the ESRB.
The minimum meeting frequency of the Joint Committee was changed from at least once every two months to at least once every three months.
A new paragraph 5 was added requiring the Chairperson of the Authority to regularly inform the Board of Supervisors on positions taken in the meetings of the Joint Committee.

Article 55
Composition
1. The Joint Committee shall be composed of the Chairpersons of the ESAs, and, where applicable, the Chairperson of any Sub-Committee established under Article 57.
2. The Executive Director, a representative of the Commission and the ESRB shall be invited to the meetings of the Joint Committee, as well as of any Sub-Committees referred to in Article 57, as observers.
3. The Chairperson of the Joint Committee shall be appointed on an annual rotational basis from among the Chairpersons of the ESAs. The Chairperson of the Joint Committee shall be a the second Vice-Chair of the ESRB.
4. The Joint Committee shall adopt and publish its own rules of procedure. The rules may specify further participants in the meetings of the Joint Committee.
The Joint Committee shall meet at least once every 2 three months.5. The Chairperson of the Authority shall regularly inform the Board of Supervisors on positions taken in the meetings of the Joint Committee.
