A new paragraph 8 has been added specifying that for a product granted authorisation under Article 32(1) based on an application submitted before 15 July 2019, which after that date falls under the definition in point 34 of Article 3, the Regulation continues to apply for the duration provided in the authorisation.
This paragraph does not appear in the earlier version of Article 80, which ends at paragraph 7.
