The AFTER text adds twelve new numbered entries (145 through 156) to the table of co-formulants not accepted for inclusion in plant protection products, listing substances such as acetaldehyde, propylene oxide, cumene, several cyclosiloxanes, bumetrizole, a further petroleum distillate, a quaternary ammonium chloride compound, a perfluoroalkyl phosphinic acid derivative, 1,4-dioxane and a propionaldehyde derivative, each with its associated names, CAS/EC numbers and classification or property.

All 144 entries present in the BEFORE version remain unchanged in content and order in the AFTER version.

The later version adds introductory impurity-limit statements and a full table of substances with names, CAS and EC numbers and classification or other properties, none of which appeared in the earlier version, which contained only the heading and the introductory sentence about Article 27.

The added table lists numbered entries covering a wide range of chemical substances, including entries such as phenol, 4-(1-methylheptyl)- with CAS number 1818-08-2, each paired with classification or property information such as carcinogenic, mutagenic, toxic to reproduction, or endocrine disrupting properties.

The limit for the acceptable presence of the substances listed in the table as unintentional impurity in the finished product is 0,1 % (weight by weight (w/w)) except where stated otherwise in this Annex.
