The introductory transitional-arrangements text has been revised so that the repair-related spare-parts provisions now also cover complex products in addition to articles, and the two reference dates within that text were changed from 1 September 2019 and 1 March 2021 to 1 September 2021 and 1 March 2023 respectively.
